Preparation for the International Residential Code (One and Two Family Dwelling) Inspector Exam
Summary: Be a leader in your profession and reduce your liability by becoming certified in the International Residential Code (IRC) Dwelling Code. This course emphasizes study and test taking techniques as well as technical information. By the completion of this course, you should be able to pass the International Residential Code certification exam.
Target Audience: Experienced Home Inspectors who want to enhance their credentials or those who know they want to inspect new construction.
Hours/Credits: 72 hours/This course has been approved by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) for Membership Renewal Credits (MRC's).
