Summary: This course covers all aspects of the home inspection profession from furnaces to liability. With classroom content reinfored by home study and a hands-on home inspection, you will gain the skills and knowledge to start your home inspection career. By the completion of this course, you should be able to pass the National Home Inspector/ASHI Exam.

Target Audience: It provides a "jump start" for those wishing to enter the home inspection field.

Hours/Credits: 48 hours/This course has been approved by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) for 40 Membership Renewal Credits (MRC's), The Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board for 42 credits, and the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission.
